Join Chef Kelcy on the farm this summer for a hands-on, farm-to-table cooking program designed to inspire curious teen cooks. Students will spend part of each day out on the farm, learning what it takes to grow the food we eat and gaining a deeper understanding of the seasonal ingredients around them. The remainder of the program will be spent in the kitchen, where students will cook a variety of delicious, seasonal recipes while building essential kitchen skills. By the end of the week, students will leave with a stronger connection to their food, a greater appreciation for where it comes from, and the confidence to recreate everything they’ve made at home. Class fee covers cost of food.
