We believe that you are not born with a set amount of intelligence which predisposes you to performing better or worse in school or on standardized tests. Intelligence, talent, and academic skills are built over time through "deep" or "deliberate" practice, which is highly-focused, customized, fully engaged, feedback-driven preparation that builds skill over time.
Our tutors can play a key role in that process by helping you identify strengths and weaknesses, build a customized study plan, explain difficult concepts, and provide real-time, skill building feedback as you practice.
Founded in Chicago on Northwestern University's campus in 2009, we began offering tutoring in the Boston area in 2011. Since then, we have focused on building a small team of experienced academic coaches in Boston who have graduated from some of the most prestigious schools in the U.S., and most importantly, are passionate about helping high school, college, and graduate school students succeed in school and on standardized tests. Our tutors in Boston have graduated from Boston University, Harvard, MIT and various other highly selective educational institutions.
