Featuring highly-visible corner locations, the complex’s street-level availabilities are well suited for retailers ranging from cafés and fast-casual restaurants to full-service dining establishments and local boutiques.

This retail component will provide a vibrant on-site amenity base for Hood Park’s residents and office/laboratory tenants, transforming the complex into a true mixed-use urban neighborhood.
