The Dojo teaches traditional Okinawan karate mixed with the best of modern exercise science training to build skill, attributes and confidence.
We strongly believe that martial arts can be for everyone, regardless of age, gender or experience levels. Throughout all of our programs, students will not only learn the necessary skill sets to protect themselves, but we also stand behind our realistic and practical approach, it will enable every member to achieve greatness and live their best life.
Young children benefit greatly from studying martial arts. Their energy is channeled through it. In addition, it teaches them respect, discipline, and other core values that are applicable beyond martial arts. As well as teaching kids how to control their movements and behavior, junior martial arts classes teach them social skills and interaction.
