What our organization offers:
CCCBSD specializes in meeting the academic and therapeutic needs of children who are deaf, hard of hearing and hearing students who may or may not have unique developmental and/or communication challenges.

CCCBSD is fully accredited and licensed by the State of Massachusetts Board of Elementary and Secondary Education. It provides highly specialized academic programs to support the individual learning and communication needs of students from birth through age 22 and includes preschool, elementary, middle and high school students. Summer and after school programs provide student enrichment and opportunities for continued language and communication development. Additional programs include the Parent-Infant/Toddler Program (PIP), district-wide school consulting, outreach programs and American Sign Language instruction for infants and children, adults, families and the community.

Beverly School for the Deaf (BSD) is a 204-day program serving students ages 3-22 who are Deaf, Hard-of-Hearing, as well as hearing students who will benefit from a bilingual educational approach. We educate students with a variety of needs including language, developmental, sensory, neurological, as well as Deaf-plus students who benefit from hearing aids, FM systems, cochlear implants as well as AAC devices. We equally value the development and use of both ASL and English. The Children’s Center for Communication/Beverly School for the Deaf hopes to inform a broader community of learners, educate the community, and support parents and families of Deaf and Hard of Hearing children by offering a variety of programs for all ages. All Community Programs are open to the public.
