Summer Workshop Programs: Vermiculture (Worm Compost) Workshop - August 24

Join EcoTarium educators in our outdoor workshop series! From ponding to plant pressing, we have something for everyone. Workshop registration cost includes admission to the museum for the day. Each workshop takes place at the EcoTarium, except for the Birding Walk which will be held directly across the street at Crow Hill.

In this 90 minute workshop, participants will receive necessary supplies (including live worms!) and instructions to establish worm-powered composting in their own garden.
Registration for this program will close on August 10th!
- Time: 2:00 pm - 3:30 pm
- Date: Saturday, August 24
- Price: $10 members, $8 non-members
- Materials Cost: $20 per kit (Each group must purchase at least one kit)
- Capacity: 20 guests
- Audience: All ages 7+. If under 18, must be accompanied by a caregiver. Caregivers are required to actively participate with youth. All children and adults who plan to participate must register.
Please note all program fees are non-refundable including if you are unable to attend the rescheduled date due to rain. Program cost includes admission to the museum before and after the program.
