COVID and Camp Update (Feb 2021) – Camp Quinebarge is ready to open open this summer. We have extensive COVID protocols in place and are working with the NH Department of Health, NH Camp Directors Association, American Camp Association and others on best practices to make sure all campers and staff are safe.

Dear Families,
Quinebarge will fill this summer so please reserve your sessions today. Our schedule is based on a four week program, allowing each child to experience everything we have to offer and make friends, memories and great relationships. Each four week program also has special themes, such as the 4th of July, Harry Potter’s birthday on July 31, or the 3 day CIT trip in the last week, to name a few. You may, of course, choose a two-week session if either your camper (or you) prefer.

Deposit and Payments
A $500 deposit is due at the time of enrollment, or will be auto-billed by September 30. Deposits are fully refundable thru December 31. Tuition is then auto-billed $500 monthly from January 15 thru April 15, with the remainder auto-billed on May 15.
Counselors-in-Training (CITs), typically 16-17 year olds and/or rising juniors or seniors, must select either 6 week session or the full 8 weeks. CITs receive a $200 discount. Our 3-day CIT Graduation trip is scheduled for Session 4.
Directors Video and Driveway Visits
Directors visits are the perfect way for first-time families looking to learn more, or for existing families to share the Quine-love with their family and friends. We can set up a video ‘visit’ or visit your driveway for an outdoor get together, a great way to bring together the neighbors. In less than an hour, we’ll show our camp video, talk about camp and answer any questions you or your child have. We are available in the Boston and NYC areas almost daily. Friends and Family Discounts
Families sending more than one child, or referring a new camper, receive $100 off each child’s tuition.
What else should you know?
Our tuition is all-inclusive. We do not charge extra for horseback riding, trips, or laundry. Campers may wish to bring a small amount of money, about $10 per week, for use on trips out of camp. Getting ready to shop for camp? See our Packing List.
Scholarships
Camp Quinebarge is proud to offer a small number of scholarships each year. If you’d like to learn more about these please contact us. Scholarships are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis for those that qualify, so please apply early. Families who have received aid in the past should reach out to us by September 15.
