Arthropod Petting Zoo with Professor Bugman (Ages 6-12) - At Boston Public Library - Egleston Square Branch
The Arthropod Petting Zoo is an exciting sensory show-and-tell-and-touch experience featuring live bugs and fascinating science led by Professor Bugman!
Designed for kids aged 5 to 12, this program highlights the incredible diversity of arthropods, their amazing survival adaptations, and how scientists study and classify them. Through hands-on (and ears-on and nose-on!) interactions, kids practice observation skills, develop scientific thinking and vocabulary, and explore the wonders of these extraordinary creatures in a fun and engaging way.
