Apple Honey Harvest - At Drumlin Farm Wildlife Sanctuary
Apples and honey are one of fall's greatest combinations. Visit the beehives at Drumlin Farm on September 12th to see how honey is made and hear about the incredible work bees do to make fruit grow. Sample farm-fresh honey from the hives you just visited, paired perfectly with crisp autumn apples.
Stories and songs will bring the bee-to-blossom-to-fruit story to life for young learners, and apple crafts round out the program with something sweet to take home—a perfect seasonal outing for the whole family.
