Coggeshall Farm Museum

Coggeshall Farm Museum brings to life the history of middle-class farm families in the late 18th century. Set on 48 acres of coastal farmland in Bristol, Rhode Island, Coggeshall Farm Museum recreates the daily experience of tenant farmers on a salt marsh farm through live interpretation, historic structures, heirloom plants, and heritage-breed animals.

EcoTarium

A museum of science and nature, we have three floors of interactive exhibits, including rotating traveling exhibits. Situated on 45 acres of land, in addition to our museum, we have walking trails, a native New England wildlife zoo, a planetarium and a train. The EcoTarium is New England’s leading museum of science and nature, an indoor-outdoor experience dedicated to inspiring a passion for science and nature in visitors of all ages. Founded in 1825 as one of the oldest natural history museums in the country, the EcoTarium has been a leader in informal science and nature education for nearly 200 years. Highlights of the 45-acre Worcester campus include the science center with three floors of interactive exhibits, Alden Planetarium, Science Discovery programs and extensive outdoor nature trails, wildlife zoo and habitats, seasonal railroad with the Explorer Express Train, and extensive outdoor play exhibit, Nature Explore®.
